Gumchick vs. coffee and energy drinks
Ultra-fast absorption
5–10 min vs. up to 45 minutes for coffee through digestion
Approximate times
Totally portable
Carry it in your pocket to the gym, the office or university.
Controlled, micro-dosed energy
20 mg per piece: you decide how much you take. Sugar-free, with no sugar spikes.
How it works
Chew
Chew one piece for a few minutes. The caffeine is released straight into the gum base.
Absorb
It passes through the lining of your mouth instead of waiting on digestion.
Focus
Most people notice it in about 5–10 minutes. One piece, 20 mg, no guesswork.
Why only 20 mg
Most caffeine products hand you one big dose and hope it fits. A 20 mg piece lets you stack exactly what the moment needs — one before a meeting, two before a long drive, no more than you want.
Approximate values: coffee ≈ 80–100 mg a cup, energy drinks ≈ 80–110 mg a can, high-dose gums ≈ 50–130 mg a piece.
